There is a pathway and decked area to the side of the house. To the rear is a secluded, walled patio with barbecue and garden furniture, shaded by a large grapevine - a fantastic place for breakfast in the early morning sun, barbecues or just to relax with a glass of wine or mug of coffee.

There is private off-road parking outside the house for one car. Additional parking is available nearby.

The Area: Aberystwyth is a seaside University town and is well-provided with a range of shops, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, cinema and museum. The long seafront has two swimming beaches. There are plenty of walks in the area, from short walks starting from the house along the river and to the nearby Iron Age hill fort of Pendinas, to longer treks on the coast path and in the mountains.
